Another web development project for the client www.rvdmachinery.eu is successfully completed .
The development of the RVD Machinery (www.rvdmachinery.eu) website in WordPress by Smart SEO Design involves a full cycle from initial consultation to a finished, optimised WordPress solution.
This project was implemented with modern HTML5, WAF, Core Web Vitals, LCP, etc. to provide a fast, secure and user-friendly platform for the presentation of metalworking and woodworking equipment.
The project started with a detailed analysis of the client’s needs, which the Smart SEO Design team, together with representatives from RVD Machinery, defined during a joint call.
Sazvan helped to understand the functionality required for the website in terms of business objectives, target audience and specific requirements. It was agreed that the website would mainly serve as a catalogue for presenting equipment such as CNC machines, with an emphasis on sales tunnels and multilingual support (LV/LT/EE/EN). During the planning phase, the structure of the site was established – a site map with the main sections.
During the development process, the main landing pages, the product catalogue with subcategories (metalworking and woodworking), contacts and news – as well as wireframes to visualise the layout of the pages – were created. This phase lasted about 2 weeks and included a competitor analysis to ensure that www.rvdmachinery.eu stood out for its professional design and fast loading speed.
After the planning phase, the design phase was followed by the creation and configuration of a customised WordPress theme, in line with the RVD Machinery brand.
Smart SEO Design used the Elementor Pro editor to efficiently create responsive pages optimised for mobile and tablet.
In parallel, content was added: product descriptions, product renderings and photos, and the basic principles of SEO strategy were integrated. The schema was set up, alt text added, proper link structure created and basic search engine optimisation performed.
Technical development and programming
The development environment was based on WordPress CMS with a custom Astra themeto ensure speed and flexibility. Custom CSS and PHP code, together with the setup and configuration of the relevant plugins, ensured a responsive design and fast loading times.
Ninja Firewall and reCaptcha were installed for security, LiteSpeed Cache and Smush for performance, which optimised all photos. The database is configured on www.garmtech.com hosting servers.
Testing and optimisation
Comprehensive testing before launch: cross-browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari), device testing (desktop, mobile), functionality testing (forms, filters, language switching) and SEO audit, with good Core Web Vitals results
Project management
The website is successfully launched in 2026. In January 2011, it was integrated with Google Analytics and Search Console.
Currently, Smart SEO Design provides regular maintenance, plugin updates, backups and security scans.
As a result, www.rvdmachinery.eu became an effective sales tool, with increased visibility in the Baltic region and abroad and higher conversion to enquiries. The project lasted 4 weeks, adapting to the Client’s wishes, budget and requirements, once again proving the Smart SEO Design team’s years of experience in WordPress solutions.
The website will continue to evolve, with new installations added over time, as well as blog articles on industry and client news.
